TrimMyList provides browser-based contact list cleanup tools for CSV and spreadsheet data. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

Some features may require an account so the service can associate saved work and authentication with the right user.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse the service, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Data handling

TrimMyList is designed to process uploaded files in the browser where possible. Account and authentication data may be stored to operate the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
